This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Work with sales/BD/FAE to promote switch products Coordinate RD, procurement, and manufacture teams to complete NPI process - Define product spec, role and responsibilities for customized products with customers Travel for customer matters or teamwork Presentation, documentation and collect market information - Work with ODM/CM/SoC vendors to resolve issues including but not limited to quality, volume, shipment, documentation, schedule… Find root cause of field issues and implement solutions in time Qualifications: Excellent communication skill and a team worker, a responsible person who can work under stress to meet schedule with enthusiasm. Creative thinking, work smart, dedicate and motivate team members.
