Develop and manage the technical product feature details and documents of HW-FW-SW integration to ensure product's quality, consistency, and accuracy. Coordinate with cross-functional development and validation teams, external vendors and 3rd-party partners to resolve and close technical issues of system management features in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional development and operation teams to integrate, improve and optimize software license ordering process to support customers, sales, and service team for system/rack management software tools & features and SFT license SKUs. Review and propose improvement plans for products, solutions and processes.
