Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” ### Key responsibilities Brand Strategy & Market Alignment: - Own the development and execution of annual brand plans aligned to regional and country business objectives - Work closely with in-country Local Brand Managers to adapt global strategy into relevant local initiatives - Ensure consistency of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across markets - Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities Campaign & Activation Management: Lead execution of ATL, BTL and digital campaigns across multiple markets - Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure process compliance - Partner with in-country teams to ensure timely rollout of campaigns in online as well as offline - retail and pharmacies - Track campaign performance and recommend optimization actions Sales Enablement & Trade Support: Work with Sales, Rx and Trade Marketing teams to drive strong in-store execution. - Support development of channel-specific promotional planning and initiatives Budget & Performance Management: Assist in managing brand budgets and monitoring ROI Track KPIs such as market share, distribution, brand health and campaign effectiveness - Prepare dashboards, reviews, and performance presentations Innovation and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify new OTC/X products to create a robust pipeline basis insight from market research and market visits - Coordinate with business development teams to build business cases for future products Liaison closely with BD, Commercial, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Digital, CMI, and external agencies Travel Estimate Willingness to travel internationally for week-long trips at least 4-6 times per year ### Job Requirements Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing Experience Tenure: 5-8 years of brand, product & trade marketing experience Prior Experience of working with OTC/Consumer Healthcare/FMCG brands in emerging markets or regional roles preferred Your Success Matters to Us At Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
