Facilitating employee engagement, ensure engagement action plan formulation and its execution to drive engagement at plant. Facilitating organization development initiatives. Facilitating & driving Reward and Recognition program. Responsible for Learning & development - Leadership and Behavioural training. Responsible for plant manpower planning & HR Budget. Facilitating manpower planning of DF manufacturing and initiate recruitment against vacancies/sanctioned positions. Responsible for resolution of shop floor grievances. Counselling of absent employees and initiating disciplinary action process for habitual cases. Representing management before various authorities under various labour laws. Facilitating PMS (Operators/Technicians) Facilitating contractors for resolving Contract labour Union issues/disputes.
