Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world. ### Job Description Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre) We are seeking a strategic and adaptable Change Manager to enable effective planning, readiness, and sustained adoption of transformation initiatives at speed. Reporting to Head of Strategic Transformation, the role focuses on driving leadership alignment, readiness, adoption, and integration of new ways of working, including AI and digital transformation.
