Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world. ### Job Description Bancassurance Sales Head Job description Bancassurance Sales Head is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through the bancassurance channel by developing sales strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, strengthening strategic partnerships with banking partners, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives while maintaining compliance and service excellence. Preferred skills Sales & Business Development Performance Management Negotiation & Influencing Skills Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making Communication & Presentation Skills Problem Solving and Decision Making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 8–10 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance, banking, wealth management, or financial services. At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-level sales teams. Strong understanding of life insurance products, investment solutions, and bancassurance business models. Proven track record of consistently delivering sales growth and business results. Professional insurance certifications are an advantage where applicable. Candidates with Mandarin / Hokkien language capabilities are encouraged to apply Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall bancassurance sales strategy to achieve business targets and drive profitable growth. Lead, coach, and develop regional and area sales teams to maximize productivity and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner banks, including senior management and branch leadership. Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, business reviews, and performance monitoring.
