## Job description

### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum 6 years’ hands-on experience in qualitative market research, proposal and report writing, analysis and insights generation in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China Experienced respondents’ recruitment and moderation skills on qualitative in-depth interviews and focus groups, especially with high-net-worth customers
- Strong communication skills, and proven English proficiency, and fluent Putonghua is a must Good analytical and report writing skills, business acumen Proactive, independent, detail-minded, fast-learner, able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g.

Word, Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge with social media analysis for media used in HK and Mainland (e.g. Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram etc.) Able to work overtime, during weekends and public holidays Business travel and occasional outdoor & off-site to conduct fieldwork/research is required Responsibilities Manage and conduct market research projects throughout the whole research process for Hong Kong & Mainland on customer behaviours & needs, market trends & sentiments, business development etc.
- Conduct one-on-one in-depth interviews and focus groups with different types of customers, including affluent customers
- Identify research scope and requirements, write research proposals, prepare research and fieldwork, discussion guides and recruit respondents
- Write analytical reports, generate insights/findings, provide recommendations, and conduct presentations from business perspectives
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of information and data collected as well as research findings
- Perform social listening and social media analysis (mainly media used in Mainland China and HK)
- Conduct desk research and support any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
