## Job description

### Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, hospitality management or related disciplines, a recognized CPA or ACCA qualification an advantage Minimum 15 years’ experience in hotel / hospitality industry with significant experience on the OWNERSHIP side of hotels in Hong Kong and China.

Candidate with hotel operational knowledge will be an advantage Candidates possess substantial experience in Finance Leadership role combined with operational responsibilities gained from hotel management companies will also be considered A team player with strong business acumen and market awareness
- Ability to manage projects and drive progress; strive for continuous improvement Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua Responsibilities
- Review and monitor the business performance and management of partnership hotels / self-owned hotels Monitor & control the operation costs and efficiency of assigned hotels
- Work closely with project team on the pre-set up arrangements of new hotel and renovation projects
- Evaluate business case and make recommendations on investment projects To undertake any other responsibilities and/or ad hoc projects as designated by management (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Asset Management.)
