## Job description

### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplines 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing, event, hotel or hospitality industry Good communication skills and a good team player Well organized and detail-oriented Familiar with PC software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
- Proficient in written and oral

### English and Chinese Responsibilities
- Work closely with agencies and business partners
- Plan and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Develop promotional materials
- Manage digital and social media platforms
- Manage event booking system and handle venue booking for events
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients
- Support site inspection with clients and create presentation contents
- Handle quotation, proposal and contract
- Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events
- Arrange event logistics and provide on-site support
- Participate in client events to ensure guests’ satisfaction and analyse feedback from clients and event attendees to improve services (Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer / Assistant - Marketing & Event.)
