## Job description

### Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above Minimum 10 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience in serving senior executives in sizable corporations Organized, proactive and attentive to details Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

### Responsibilities
- Provide full range of personal support to senior executive on both business and family matters
- Handle meeting schedules and travel arrangements
- Prepare daily correspondence and reports
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned by the senior executive
