They are an important part of making sure customers have a pleasant golfing experience. ### Job Duties - Monitors the 1st and 10th tee starting times and verifies green free receipts (Essential) - Monitors the flow of play from one nine to the next and advises pro shop team or General Manager of any potential issues (Essential) - Collaborates with pro shop team members to ensure tee time sheet is up to date (Essential) - Ensures all residents and guests adhere to the golf course dress code - Assists golfers to find a game if they are playing alone Markets the golf course memberships and special rates to the daily fee players - Communicates with residents and guests of the golf course in a friendly and courteous manner Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Required) - Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet - Must have a valid driver's license PERKS/BENEFITS At Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
