## Job description

CNC Machine Operator (All Shifts Available!) $2,000 Hiring Bonus!! Sumitomo Electric Carbide Manufacturing specializes in the manufacturing of high-performance carbide cutting tools. We are looking for CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team. Any experience working with Walter, Waida, Wire EDM, Fanuc, Sodick, or ANCA is a plus!

### Job Duties
- Operate CNC machines and make offset adjustments
- Learn how to setup CNC machines
- Identify and use the correct tools while maintaining tight measurements and tolerances
- Follow detailed instructions and operating procedures Install/change tools and correctly position materials in the CNC machines Adjust machine settings and fixtures to ensure the part meets requirements
- Use precision measuring equipment to inspect finished parts Read part drawings/blue prints Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions Experience with G&M Code is a plus but not required Candidates with previous experience operation CNC grinding equipment (Walter, Waida, Wire EDM, Fanuc, Sodick, ANCA) is a plus but not required Exceptional Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) Match $ for $ up to 4% Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Company Paid Basic Life Insurance 2 nd and 3 rd Shift Premiums Many additional benefits available!!
