### Work Flexibility

Hybrid Marketing Associate - Sage & Acute Care Launch Your Marketing Career in MedTech Join Stryker as a Marketing Associate supporting our Sage and Acute Care businesses. This is a unique opportunity to develop your marketing career across two diverse healthcare portfolios, gaining exposure to both consumable and capital products while working alongside experienced marketers. You'll help bring products to market, create engaging campaigns, support customer events, and build the commercial and marketing foundations for long-term career growth.

Exposure to both Acute Care and Sage portfolios
- Learn from multiple experienced marketers and Product Managers

### What You'll Do
- Support the execution of marketing strategies and annual marketing plans across Sage and Acute Care
- Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and product communications
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities
- Provide product information and training support to the sales team Organise and participate in conferences, workshops, and healthcare professional events

### What You'll Bring

Required Minimum
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related commercial role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning Preferred Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Confident presentation and facilitation skills Experience developing marketing collateral, campaigns, or customer-facing content Interest in healthcare, medical technology, or healthcare marketing About Stryker Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies.
