In this role, you will partner across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver strategic projects, implement innovative technologies, and drive sustainable business results through effective project execution and continuous improvement. ### What You Will Do Lead engineering projects focused on process improvement, automation, productivity, quality, capacity, and cost competitiveness. Plan, budget, resource, and execute projects across multiple business units to achieve project objectives. Develop, engage, and retain talent while supporting team members' growth and development. Drive resolution of technical, business, and personnel challenges to achieve project and organisational goals. Communicate technical, business, and regulatory information to employees, stakeholders, external partners, and senior leaders. Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive innovation and business results. Support cost centre budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities. Lead compliance activities, including adherence to regulatory requirements, procedures, design controls, and technical documentation reviews. ### Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field. 6+ years of applicable experience, with direct people management experience preferred. ### Preferred Qualifications Experience leading engineering projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and project execution activities. Knowledge of healthcare industry markets and competitors. Experience developing and executing talent management strategies. Experience leading regulatory compliance activities, including design controls and technical documentation reviews. ### Additional Information Permanent, full-time position Location Springhill, Carrigtwohill, County Cork, Ireland #IJ Ireland Pay Ranges: Ireland: €66,000 - €109,000 EUR Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
