This role oversees partner lab relationships, equipment logistics, and the delivery of high-quality surgeon training programs. The incumbent will lead end-to-end Medical Education events in Bangkok, ensure operational excellence across the region, and develop long-term lab facility strategies to support future growth and training capacity What you need - Manage and strengthen partnerships with cadaveric lab facilities across East Asia, including universities, hospitals, and private bioskills centers - Oversee lab agreements, service levels, compliance requirements, and ongoing quality assessments to ensure a safe and exceptional learning experience - Lead end-to-end logistics planning and execution for lab-based training events, including equipment, inventory, shipping, customs clearance, and site readiness - Ensure seamless delivery of Medical Education programs by managing event operations, participant experience, vendor coordination, and on-site execution - Own the planning and delivery of all Medical Education events in Bangkok, including venue, accommodation, transportation, hospitality, and budget management - Develop and implement standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and consistency - Build and execute the regional lab facility strategy, including capacity planning, investment recommendations, and partnership expansion opportunities ·Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner by providing market insights, leading cross-functional projects, managing budgets, and driving Medical Education excellence across the region ### Required Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related discipline;
