Curious? Good with people? Think you've got more in you? Good. So do we. The Stryker Sales Academy is a first for medtech in ANZ, and our first cohort starts in Brisbane in January 2027. You'll be selected into a group of ambitious people going somewhere together. You'll get structured learning and development, a clear career path from Associate Territory Manager to Territory Manager, and the chance to learn from the best so you can become one of the best. We've built the path. You bring the drive. ### Where you'll make your mark capital and consumables In this role you'll join one of our capital and consumables divisions: Neurosurgical and Surgical. Capital and consumables sales is about building the case and seeing it through. Sales cycles can be longer and the stakes are bigger. You'll work across multiple stakeholders, from surgeons and clinical teams to hospital boards and buying groups. ### It suits a hustler someone who loves building relationships, navigating complexity and landing the deals that matter. Your territory, your business to run. Ready to find out how far you can go? Your background matters less than your drive. We're looking for target driven, business minded people with real commercial instinct, whether you're coming from sport, allied health, hospitality, a graduate program or another sales role.
