[Apply on Stryker’s careers site →](https://stryker.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/StrykerCareers/job/Illinois-Wood-Dale-1360-Wood-Dale-Rd---Suite-B/Customer-Service-Representative--Hybrid----1st-Shift_R574111) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Stryker](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/stryker/) / Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) - 1st Shift ## Job description ### Work Flexibility Hybrid Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm CT Hybrid: Onsite approx. 1x/month Overtime based on business needs What you will do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. - Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals - Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships with internal and external customers - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. - Researches responses with sales - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken - Determine charges for product requests / usage, collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes / discrepancies, take appropriate action required to resolve dispute - Maintain customer pricing in systems of record, including entering contracts as required - Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow - Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes - Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time What you need: Required High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years’ relevant work experience Will demonstrate minimum 50 WPM typing speed Ideal candidate resides within 1 hour of Wood Dale, IL location Preferred Experience as account representative; ERP, CRM, SAP systems Hospital or medical field experience; hospital purchasing United States of America Pay Ranges: USN: $21.28 - $26.78 USD Hourly US10: $23.41 - $29.46 USD Hourly View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location. ### Travel Percentage None Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
