## Job description

### Work Flexibility

Hybrid or Onsite The Sourcing Intern will support the Sourcing team with day-to-day activities and project work across a range of sourcing and procurement initiatives, giving them the opportunity to develop their analytical, organisational and communication skills. This is a hands-on role that will provide exposure to sourcing, suppliers, data analysis and project management within a global MedTech organisation.

### What Will You Do

Support the Sourcing team with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities. Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting to support sourcing projects. Help with data setup and maintenance, ensuring sourcing and supplier information is accurate and up to date. Support the preparation and issue of RFIs and RFQs and help organise supplier responses. Assist with gathering and comparing supplier quotations and information.

Conduct basic research on suppliers, products, markets and sourcing opportunities. Help maintain sourcing project trackers and follow up on outstanding actions. Support the preparation of presentations, reports and other sourcing materials. Assist with organising supplier and internal meetings and maintaining relevant documentation. Help the team with ad hoc analysis and project activities as required. Identify opportunities to improve the way sourcing data and information is organised and managed.

### What You Will Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (current student status).
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- English language proficiency at least B2 level, written and verbal. Communicative level of Polish knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with self-motivation and organisational skills
- Availability for a 12-month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week
- Academic or project experience related to supply chain or business process improvement will be advantageous Poland Pay Ranges: 31,40 PLN/hour
