### About the role

As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you'll be a trusted support for both customers and the wider team, helping resolve complex enquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer enquiries and providing timely, professional support. Assisting with complex requests and escalations. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes. Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Sharing knowledge and supporting a positive, high-performing team culture.

### Who You Are

You're someone who brings positive energy to work, genuinely enjoys helping customers, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. You take ownership, embrace challenges, and enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting for someone else to provide the answer. What you'll need Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, customer care, contact centre, healthcare administration, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environment.

Experience managing customer enquiries, service requests, or order-related activities Full working rights to work in Australia A passion for delivering outstanding customer experience, a genuine interest in health care and a willingness to learn Preferred qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience handling customer escalations, complex customer enquiries, or complaint resolution. Experience using CRM, ERP, or customer service platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
