Will also inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices. He/she will also create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of dealers & distributors Essential duties & responsibilities: Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal for the assigned area / territory. Support Regional Sales Business Manager to promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in assigned region. Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tender & government businesses. Retain key accounts & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Strykers‘ customer pool Relationship Building - Trustworthy, Listener, Initiator, Influencer, Communicator Total Solution Provider - Strategic, Ability to Lead along with ability to drive independently, Ability to look beyond the obvious Strategic - Analytical, Visionary, Challenging the status quo Experience: At least 4-6 years’ sales experience in healthcare, preferred (preferred Medical capital) Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management An understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
