People who thrive working across international engineering teams and locations. ### What you will do Build and lead a new team of software developers and software integration/test engineers. Recruit, coach and develop the team, supported by experienced engineers from our global R&D organization. Lead software development that connects devices, applications and clinical systems into an integrated ecosystem. Enable clinical features through data exchange, processing and integration across technologies. Guide development across user-facing applications, backend software and integration layers. Drive strong software development, integration and testing practices. Collaborate closely with engineering teams in Germany, India and the US. ### Key Skills Software engineering leadership Software architecture and development Software and system integration Connectivity and data exchange Software integration testing and verification Linux / C++ or comparable technologies Global cross-functional collaboration What you need: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Proven experience developing complex software products or systems. Experience leading, mentoring or developing software engineers. Strong understanding of software development, integration and testing. Passion for building teams, developing people and solving challenging technical problems. Ability to work effectively across global teams and technical disciplines. This role may be suitable for candidates with experience in the following roles or similar: Software Engineering Manager Software Development Manager Software Integration Manager Software Technical Lead Lead / Principal Software Engineer Ireland Pay Ranges: Ireland: €80,000 - €133,000 EUR Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
