This role provides actionable financial insights, supports decision-making, and drives process improvements to help achieve business growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, APAC, the role partners closely with regional leadership, country finance teams, and US Corporate Finance. This is a highly visible individual contributor position requiring strong analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management capabilities. ### What You Will Do Financial close, Forecasting and Budgeting process - Deliver timely, accurate and insightful actual close reporting – from variance analysis and commentary to coordinating local and global finance deliverables Turn actuals financials results into a clear narrative for senior management: what happened, why it matters and what to do next - Lead the APAC quarterly forecast and annual budget end to end – templates, guidance, timelines, data loads, system support, analysis of forecast and stakeholder follow-through.
