Opportunities Available ​ ​As a Medical Education intern at Stryker, you will: - Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs, and related activities. - Gather, organize, and analyze data and information from Medical Education programs to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement. - Develop an understanding of the Medical Education strategy, business priorities, budgeting process, and how these elements support program planning and execution. - Build knowledge of customer profiles, including why and how we engage with customers to support business and educational objectives. - Learn key training and Medical Education workstreams and contribute to cross-functional coordination across internal teams. - Support efforts to capture and apply customer feedback, helping the team understand customer needs and improve the Medical Education experience. - Apply awareness of internal branding guidelines to help ensure communications and program materials are consistent, professional, and aligned with company standards. - Utilize commonly used internal communication tools to collaborate effectively, share updates, and support program execution. ### Majors Targeted Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management, Communications $20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location What You Need ​​ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.​ Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred) - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.​ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships - Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. $20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location Travel Percentage: None Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
