## Job description

Internship in Recruitment at Stora Enso Packaging Do you want to take your first steps into the world of recruitment and HR within an international organization? Then this internship at Stora Enso Packaging is the perfect opportunity for you! About Stora Enso Packaging The Western Europe Business Unit consists of corrugated board production companies and wholesale businesses serving the Dutch and Belgian markets with sustainable packaging solutions.

We are part of Stora Enso, a global leader in renewable solutions for packaging, biomaterials, and wood construction.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our team throughout the entire recruitment process.

You will have the opportunity to: Write and publish job vacancies on various platforms; Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates; Actively search for talent on different platforms; Contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns; Assist with onboarding new colleagues; Participate in career fairs; Perform administrative tasks in our HR system (Workday); Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.

You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field; You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and detail-oriented; You have good command of Dutch & English; You are passionate about recruitment and connecting people; Available for at least 4 months (24–36 hours per week).
