Tax intern will work and be mentored directly by the senior professionals in the tax department. ### Training Virtual and in-person trainings to get interns onboarded and connected with the company globally. Tax-specific training will be provided daily in conjunction with performing assigned tasks. ### Mentorship Interns have a mentor and buddy to help answer any questions and work alongside during your internship Responsibilities ### Job Purpose Tax Intern will be supporting tax team by contributing to tax provision, compliance, and research activities while developing practical knowledge of corporate taxation. The role provides hands-on experience through collaboration, analysis, and participation in team initiatives, with an emphasis on learning, critical thinking, and professional growth. Primary duties will include: - Assist tax team in preparation of quarterly tax provision and planning for year-end tax provision - Assist tax team with tax compliance preparation and review - Utilize tax law and ASC 740 research skills in assistance with tax return and tax disclosure analysis. Assist in special tax projects as directed by Tax Counsel, Tax Director, or Tax Manager. Liaise with other departments to obtain financial information. Show initiative and creative thinking skills while working in a team building environment. Ask questions, exercise professional skepticism, propose improvements, seek feedback.
