YOUR ROLE - Accountable for mass-production laminate substrate design and engineering changes, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with technical requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external suppliers, to ensure substrate designs meet performance, quality, and delivery targets. - Drive strategic technical sourcing for substrates to optimize the substrate landscape for efficiency, effectiveness, and resiliency. - Lead substrate-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. - Support long-term sustainable substrate strategy across cost, delivery, quality, and environmental considerations. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES - Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. - Strong technical expertise in semiconductor laminate substrate design, integrated semiconductor manufacturing and substrate supplier manufacturing processes. - Over 5 years of hands-on experience working with semiconductor material suppliers, with end-to-end experience spanning raw material evaluation, qualification, and high-volume production. - Solid understanding of Control Plans, FMEA, error-proofing, process control, and IATF standards. - Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to shape and evolve the substrate landscape in alignment with business priorities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong technical program and project management capabilities.
