The Junior Customer Satisfaction Manager contributes to continuously improving the customer experience and customer satisfaction. Under the supervision of an experienced manager, they analyse customer feedback and requests, coordinate the resolution of customer pain points, and support internal teams in implementing corrective actions. BAC+5 - Ecole de commerce et ou de communication Technical skills
- Ability to analyse customer feedback and requests.
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or dashboard tools.
- Understanding of root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement principles.
- Ability to coordinate actions with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and spoken

### English and French Behavioural Skills
- Customer focus and empathy, with the ability to understand customer or dealers expectations and translate them into practical actions.
- Clear communication, active listening, and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
- Analytical thinking, curiosity, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities.
- Team spirit, adaptability, diplomacy, and a proactive attitude.
- Resilience and professionalism when handling complaints, urgent cases, or sensitive situations.
