## Job description

Subsidiary OmniSource Overview Industrial, Commercial Recycling Program Development, Management & Scrap Procurement.

### Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recycling, waste and scrap programs for new and existing customers. Research and develop new waste diversion solutions to achieve customers sustainability goals. Working closely and assisting other OmniSource Marketing groups to complement their metals accounts. Resolve internal and external customer service issues. Complete proposals, business plans in a timely fashion. All other tasks as assigned.

### Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capable in using MS Excel and Word applications. Eagerness and willingness to learn, research and explore new material and commodities for recycling. Ability to generate and qualify new leads and close deals. Flexible schedule, as some travel is required. No knowledge of recyclables required. Will train.
