## Job description

Subsidiary OmniSource Overview Assisting marketing representatives; handling day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, maintaining price files for accounts, generating/maintaining reports in Excel, and assisting traders with travel arrangements and other assigned tasks.

### Responsibilities
- Assist assigned marketing representatives
- Answer phones and take messages Initiate contracts and change orders
- Generate and maintain monthly supplier reports timely and accurately
- Review and audit checks
- Process cash adjustments and maintain samples
- Work with hedge desk using pricing markets Data entry and filing All other tasks as assigned

### Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team setting
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook Multi-task oriented and flexible in the area of cross training Capable of functioning in a high-volume task environment Excellent Customer Service skills
