## Job description

Subsidiary Aluminum Dynamics Overview Assists in all aspects of record keeping, planning, and organization of the department and office building. Assists with month end inventory.

### Responsibilities

Data entry and filing.
- Record keeping including training, quality document management & safety
- Train employees in the UKG timekeeping system and manage schedules and weekly processing New employee interview scheduling and onboarding Inventory tracking and month end inventory counts
- Manage casthouse office building
- Assist with company gatherings and announcements
- Organize and plan department functions

### Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail Ability to multitask Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to work well in a team environment Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
