This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly. As a Production Employee, you’ll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard. You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high-quality results and supporting daily operations.
