## Job description

Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment in all areas of the plant.

### Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment that has failed. Maintain equipment to insure a trouble-free operation. Perform repairs in a quick and safe manner. Report any unusual machine action or noise. Complete equipment preventive maintenance activities to maximize plant up time.

### Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude & basic electrical knowledge Welding skills
- Ability to read technical writing and schematics Math skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles Experience in alignment and power transmission
- Proficient with hand and power tools Fire and chemical hazard knowledge Experience working on high bay overhead crane Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
