[Apply on State Street’s careers site →](https://statestreet.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/Global/job/Toronto-Ontario/LatAm-Regional-Head-and-Country-Head--Canada---Executive-Vice-President_R-800198-1) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [State Street](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/state-street/) / LatAm Regional Head and Country Head, Canada – Executive Vice President ## Job description As Head of Canada and Latin America, you will: - Set State Street’s regional strategy and execute revenue growth plans with key stakeholders and regional teams - Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with key regulators - Lead and develop Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Service teams to deliver coordinated client coverage and revenue growth - Build strategic client and prospect relationships, lead major deals, and leverage industry networks to win new business - Partner with Product and GD/Operations/GTS to develop differentiated investment servicing solutions that combine State Street’s capabilities and thought leadership - Build a client-centric, results-oriented culture that strengthens State Street’s market profile and brand What we value: Proven success growing profitable financial services businesses, revenue, and client wallet share across the Americas Deep institutional market knowledge of Canada and/or Latin America and the ability to build trusted C-suite client, prospect, and internal relationships - Strong regulatory and risk judgment, with a commitment to transparent relationships, sound conduct, and effective controls Innovative, resilient change leadership with the agility to adapt, negotiate, and influence Executive presence and inspirational people leadership that develops diverse talent, communicates with impact, and delivers results Education & Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree preferred At least - 20 years of experience selling to and servicing institutional clients, including closing complex, large-scale opportunities - Strong commercial judgment, industry knowledge, and an established network of key contacts Deep understanding of complex investment servicing solutions - Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a commitment to One State Street - Proven ability to operate globally across diverse cultures while respecting local market nuances About State Street Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
