This includes providing global support, testing and approving systems used by EUDT Governance executing controls owned by EUDT Governance. ### What You Will Be Responsible For Responding to tickets and emails from users globally. Triaging governance support issues Testing and providing feedback on tools and systems used by EUDT Governance. Providing content for governance documentation. Coordinating with users globally to remediate compliance issues. ### Core Skills & Experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access) Familiarity with EUDTs and their platforms Excellent communication skills SQL query experience Good to Have: Python experience Visual Basic for Applications coding experience. ### NET coding experience What We Value - Ability to work with a team and work independently - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to identify priorities - Ability to adapt to dynamic workloads Education & Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical certifications Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office Minimum Salary: ​ zł132,000 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
