The team is responsible for processing tax reclaims, supporting relief-at-source opportunities, reviewing tax documentation, and ensuring clients receive the appropriate tax benefits on their investments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or develop a career in financial services, taxation, and asset servicing. ### Key Responsibilities Review and process international tax reclaim applications. Validate tax documentation, including Certificates of Residence, Powers of Attorney, and other supporting documents. Perform data analysis and reconciliations using internal systems and Excel. Research and resolve operational exceptions and discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Collaborate with internal teams, sub-custodians, and external partners. Meet daily productivity, quality, and timeliness targets. Support ongoing process improvement and automation initiatives. ### Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Previous experience in financial services, taxation, operations, or asset servicing would be an advantage, but is not required. ### What We Offer Opportunity to gain exposure to international tax and custody operations.
