BRIEF ### SUMMARY OF THE ENGAGEMENT: POST: MUTIPLE POSTS (CUT-OFF DATE: 30.09.2026) Posts Age (in Years) Educational Qualification Experience GM & Chief AI officer Min- 40 Max-55 B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT /Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication or equivalent / M Sc (Statistics/Computer Science)/MA (Statistics)/M Stat /MCA from recognized University/ Institution. Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Banking / BFSI/ Information Technology sector. Of which at least 3+ Year Senior leadership experience in AI, Analytics, model oversight, governance and business transformation. This experience must include working with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, IT, etc. as well as a sizeable team of Analytics/AI experts. Individual contributor role experience does not count towards these three years. Leadership experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks, fortune 500 firms shall be preferred. DGM (Risk and Operational Analytics) Min- 35 Max-50 Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the Banking/BFSI/ Information Technology sector, of which at least 2+ years must be in a senior leadership role involving risk analytics, operational analytics, AI/ML model oversight, model governance and business transformation. DGM (AI Governance and Compliance) Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the Banking/BFSI/ Information Technology sector, of which at least 2+ years must be in a senior leadership role involving AI governance, responsible AI, model risk management, regulatory compliance, data privacy, information security or technology risk and business transformation. DGM (Data Engineering, Model Application Dev and AI Ops) Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the Banking/BFSI/ Information Technology sector, of which at least 2+ years must be in a senior leadership role involving data engineering, AI/ML application development, MLOps/AI Ops, enterprise integration and technology transformation. AI Solution Architect Min- 30 Max-45 Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline from a recognized university/institution. Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in AI/analytics solutioning, digital transformation, technology consulting or solution architecture, with demonstrated experience translating business requirements into enterprise technology/AI solutions, preferably in BFSI. Enterprise AI Architect Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, AI or equivalent discipline from a recognized university/institution. Minimum 8 years of overall technology experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise, platform, data or AI architecture with experience in large - scale AI/ML environments, preferably in BFSI or another regulated industry. ### IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS - Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post (s), as on the date of eligibility.
