You’ll get to: Loads and unload blades at a productive rate, maintaining quality levels according to control plans, and using safe work ethics (PPE, MSDS and machine hazards). Visual quality inspection of each saw blade. Accurate updating of all move tags and piece counts. Responsible for identifying and communicating possible problems which may be perceived. Report any abnormal situations, including crashes, incorrect set-up, incorrect move tags or incorrect control plans. - Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals - Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals - Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI Properly fill out all documentation and labels Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product - Perform other duties as assigned The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
