You’ll get to: - Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals - Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals - Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI Properly fill out all documentation and labels Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product - Perform other duties as assigned The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: - High School Diploma or GED preferred - Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gages - Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions Basic math skills Basic computer skills Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 5 to 25 pounds - Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality Flexibility to work overtime No written disciplinary action for violation of company policy, production or safety within last six months.
