[Apply on Stanley Black & Decker’s careers site →](https://sbdinc.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/Stanley_Black_Decker_Career_Site/job/Zhongshan-China/Manufacturing-engineering-Leader-NPD-_REQ-1000051340) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Stanley Black & Decker](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/stanley-black-decker/) / Manufacturing engineering Leader(NPD) ## Job description ### Accountability /Objectives New Product develop on time and smoothly run mass production Key responsibilities： - Project schedule weekly review - Project D-BOM Confirm - Project Manufacturing Process Confirmation - Project overall schedule alignment - Lead all projects kick off meetings - New process lead the development - Problem solving in developed process - Finial alignment of the design with RD Team - SPPAP review and approval - Lead closing meeting for the NPD. - Review the drawings and approval for releasing. - Lead the NPD trial run schedule. - Lead the NPD problem improvement in mass production - Create and revise the NPD Procedure - Guide the work of subordinates - Complete the tasks assigned by the PM Technical Skills & Professional Aptitudes - Mature computer mechanical drawing Auto Cad. - Operation of Windows and office software. ### Experience - More than 5 years manufacturing engineer experience - More than 3 years NPD development experience - With Quality experience would be better. - Major in Mechanical, Material, Automation, university graduated. - English CET-6，or fluent writing and oral English We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
