The role supports the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and data-driven solutions that enable effective risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting - The incumbent will also contribute to data mining, statistical analysis, and analytical solution development to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners, the role ensures that product deliverables align with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives. - In addition, the role is accountable for the timely execution of assigned work, adherence to engineering and governance standards, effective stakeholder collaboration, and fostering clear and proactive communication within cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. ### Key Responsibilities - Develop, enhance, and maintain risk assessment products across Risk, Compliance, and FCC domains. - Support data mining, statistical analytics, and insight generation to address business and regulatory requirements. - Deliver assigned work within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. - Collaborate effectively with product, business, data, and engineering teams to achieve common objectives. - Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, governance controls, and organizational standards. - Communicate progress, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to stakeholders and team members. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product capabilities, operational efficiency, and user experience. ### Skills and Experience Must-have Skills - SQL, PySPark - Data Engg - Compliance ### Other Skills - Python - Tableau - Risk management Motivations - Motivated by delivering high-quality operational outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Energised by identifying opportunities for process improvement, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer and stakeholder experiences. - Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment that requires problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective decision-making. - Driven by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives and deliver sustainable business outcomes. - Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when managing complex operational challenges, changing priorities, and continuous business transformation. - Motivated by developing people, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and supporting team success through coaching and leadership. ### Language - English About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
