[Apply on Standard Chartered’s careers site →](https://jobs.standardchartered.com/job/Transaction-Processing-Officer/62901-en_GB) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Standard Chartered](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/standard-chartered/) / Transaction Processing Officer ## Job description ### Job Summary - Provide recommendation on simplification and efficiency improvement. - Deliver a high-quality performance in terms of accuracy, turnaround time and productivity. - Support tasks migrated from CCPL - Support transaction processing activities - Handle customers‘enquiries / complaints if required. - Monitor hubs’ performance & provide guidance to hub centres. - Handle irregular cases and special duties assigned by manager. - Provide support to financial processing activities. - Provide MIS statistical report on job volume for management review. - Take relief duties if required ### Qualifications - Strong problem solving & project management skill - A good overall knowledge in terms of banking practice and theory - Good knowledge in MI / reporting - Ability to handle customers in an efficient and a helpful manner.
