[Apply on Standard Chartered’s careers site →](https://jobs.standardchartered.com/job/Scrum-Master/59308-en_GB) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Standard Chartered](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/standard-chartered/) / Scrum Master ## Job description ### Job Summary - Plan and manage the delivery and resourcing for the CIB API Platform - Analyse requirements, unblock issues - Work with Product team to define and prioritise product roadmap ### Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the other technology teams, business analysts and business stakeholders across CIB businesses. - Manage the agile backlog of development work for multiple squads, agreeing deliverables with stakeholders and ensuring that milestones are met. - Follow the Bank’s internal software delivery practices, ensuring all security controls are strictly adhered to - Manage delivery risk, escalate blockers and proactively solve delivery challenges to meet critical deadlines. - Contribute to project governance and work intake forums - Ensure compliance to internal API Governance standards ### Skills and Experience Must-have Skills - Agile Practices - REST APIs - CIB Business knowledge Qualifications Certifications / Qualifications - Bachelors Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
