[Apply on Standard Chartered’s careers site →](https://jobs.standardchartered.com/job/AD%2C-Local-Corporates%2C-Client-Coverage/64235-en_GB) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Standard Chartered](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/standard-chartered/) / AD, Local Corporates, Client Coverage ## Job description ### Job Summary - Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of local corporate clients by delivering tailored banking solutions and deepening client relationships - The role focuses on originating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth across lending, transaction banking, trade finance and treasury products, while maintaining strong risk discipline and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. - The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with product partners and risk stakeholders to provide holistic banking solutions that support clients' strategic and financial objectives. ### Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. - Originate new-to-bank opportunities and expand wallet share from existing clients. - Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across cash, trade, lending and financial markets products. - Lead credit applications, annual reviews and portfolio monitoring. - Partner with product, risk and operations teams to deliver seamless client solutions. - Monitor client performance, industry developments and emerging risks. - Achieve revenue, asset, liability and client acquisition targets while maintaining portfolio quality. ### Skills and Experience Must-have Skills - Client relationship management - Business Development and Origination - Credit Risk assessment and Structuring ### Other Skills - Financial analysis - Corporate banking products and solutions - Negotiation and Deal execution ### Qualifications Key Experiences - 6+ years relationship management experience Certifications / Qualifications - University Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese About Standard Chartered We're a global bank connecting clients to our differentiated network, offering growth opportunities in the world's most dynamic markets.
