# Payroll Manager

## Job description

To coordinate and track activities within People & Culture Operations and support the Manager in maintaining Group minimum standards in operating effectively and efficiently. Act as a second in command and provide the team with the required guidance and division of work. Monitor and oversee the execution of P&C Operations processes and mitigation of potential operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation by adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.

## Qualifications

Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources or related.

### Experience

5-7 years: Exposure to regulatory requirements and a track record in implementing control, risk and governance frameworks. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Operations environment in general but more specifically the People and Culture and Payroll environment. Payroll supervisory experience, preferably in a multi-country or shared services environment. A good understanding of the HR (People and Culture) value chain and the links between the payroll and all other HR processes and systems would be required.
