## Job description

To implement winning Integrated Marketing and Communication (IMC) campaigns for the BU/country segment / sector / product / coverage area in scope, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing delivery across all advertising, direct marketing and digital marketing channels and activities to deliver a consistent and compelling message to target audiences. To contribute to marketing excellence, innovation, partnerships, and collaboration in the BU/country whilst aligning to the Group standards.

## Qualifications

### Type of Qualification

First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce, Marketing Experience Required Integrated Marketing Brand & Marketing 5+ years' experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at Executive level, developing and delivering high-impact marketing strategies and plans. Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Proven experience leveraging marketing technology, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign management solutions to optimise performance and drive results.

Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative, customer-centric campaigns that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand engagement. Hands-on experience across digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and SEM. Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights, metrics, and analytics to measure success, optimise campaigns, and inform decision-making.

Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned to broader business objectives and commercial outcomes.
