Southern Company Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting is looking for a dynamic, full-time Campus Recruiter to champion recruiting efforts for Southern Nuclear, strengthen our talent pipeline, and create an outstanding candidate experience from first connection through hire. In this high-impact role, you will help Southern Nuclear attract and hire the next generation of talent from colleges and universities. You will collaborate with Southern Nuclear leaders, university career services teams, and recruiting partners to develop bold, targeted strategies that bring our opportunities to life. From career fairs and information sessions to professional development workshops and virtual events, you will represent Southern Company with energy and purpose while building authentic connections with students. You will also grow lasting partnerships with faculty, career services offices, and student organizations to expand Southern Nuclear’s visibility and employer brand on campus.
