The role will analyze complex employee and plan data, perform reconciliations and calculations, research and resolve data discrepancies, support system and vendor processes, and assist with testing, audits and compliance activities. This role provides an opportunity to develop strong knowledge of retirement programs, Total Rewards, and the regulatory requirements governing retirement plans, including ERISA. This role reports directly to the Retirement Senior Consultant and is located in Atlanta.
