Nuestro propósito es mejorar la vida de los pacientes y apoyar a los profesionales de la salud para que se desempeñen de la mejor manera posible. ### Job Description Supervisor, IT Document Management (Solventum) 3M Health Care is now Solventum The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Solventum is seeking a Supervisor, IT Document Management to lead the document management platform portfolio supporting the MedSurg and HIS businesses. The role owns support and enhancement delivery for the enterprise content, capture and ingestion systems that move and process roughly 8,000 documents every day into FileNet and serves as the primary IT contact for the business functions that depend on those documents being available quickly and accurately. The position combines hands-on technical depth with people leadership. The successful candidate will sustain and improve platform performance, lead a small support team across US business hours, manage a substantial set of integration and infrastructure dependencies, and carry two significant programs into 2027: the HIS separation and the data center migration to Dallas. This position will report to the Senior Manager, End-to-End Solutions & Integrations within the MedSurg & HIS IT organization. ### Principle Responsibilities (essential job duties and responsibilities) Lead the support and enhancement of document management and capture platforms. Manage technical teams responsible for FileNet, OpenText Capture, DocuSign, Corefax, Esker and related applications. Design and oversee document processing, workflow automation, and system integrations. Drive modernization initiatives leveraging cloud and AI technologies. Ensure platform reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient document management solutions. ### Required Qualifications High School Diploma Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management solutions. Professional written and spoken English, and availability to work core US business hours. Strong experience with IBM FileNet administration, workflow, integrations, and production support. Hands-on experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture / OpenText Capture Center, including document ingestion, OCR, classification, extraction, and workflow automation. Technical expertise in Microsoft.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs) and Oracle SQL/PLSQL development. Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting Windows Services for document processing, system integration, and automation. Experience integrating document management solutions with enterprise applications and external systems. Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and production support. Experience leading technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives in an Agile environment. ### Nice to Have Java language source code Visual Studio AWS services such as Textract, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, and Bedrock. IDP, OCR, AI/ML-based document processing, and workflow automation technologies. Windows Server, IIS, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise application support. Experience modernizing legacy document management platforms and migrating to cloud-based architectures. Experience in a healthcare, medical device or other regulated environment. Why Join Us?
