Financial & Organizational Management Own budgeting, financial planning, vendor management, and resource optimization. Drive productivity, workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and operational efficiency. Establish succession planning and leadership development programs. Build a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Innovation & Industry Leadership Represent the organization in innovation forums, architecture councils, and strategic leadership discussions. Bring industry best practices, emerging technologies, and modern engineering standards into the organization. Contribute to organizational thought leadership and business line value propositions. ### Experience 18+ years leading large-scale technical teams Proven track record managing global delivery teams of 80+ professionals. Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, budgets, and strategic transformation programs. Demonstrated success in modernization, cloud migration, and platform engineering initiatives.
