The Sales Assistant should to take care of all types of tasks as part of the life cycle of the transactions executed and client relationship development Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate clients' requests with the different teams at Societe Generale: Trading, Engineering, Middle Office and Back Office Price requests received from clients, interpret these requests correctly and transmit them to the pricing team Confirm trades with clients, following executions Address after-sales clients’ needs and assist manager with client relationships after sales
- Help to Identify potential customers and means of developing new business
- Organize client events and meetings
- Produce documentation of new contracts: Master Distribution Agreements, supplemental
- Produce term sheets Update Client Relationship Management tools
- Produce valuation and performance analysis for clients
